Terms of Use — GuessChallenge

These terms are published in Turkish and English. If the two texts differ, the Turkish text prevails.

Who we are and your acceptance

GuessChallenge is developed and provided by Bayram Furkan Kurucan, an individual developer who publishes games under the name Feastek. Feastek is not a company but the name the developer uses.

By entering the game you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the game. How personal data is processed is explained in a separate document, the Privacy Policy.

Who can play

The game is not directed at children under 13; if you are under 13, do not use the game. If you are under 18, use the game with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.

Your account

You can play with an automatically created guest account. A guest account lives only on the device where the game is installed; if you uninstall the app or change devices, you cannot get back to it. If you link your Google account, you can open your account on another device, choose a username and add friends.

You are responsible for what is done with your account. Do not use someone else's account, and do not sell your account or transfer it to anyone else.

Rules of conduct

The following are not allowed in chat messages, in usernames or in behavior in the game:

• insults, harassment, threats and bullying;
• hate speech and discrimination based on race, ethnic origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
• sexual or obscene content, and any content that targets children;
• praising or encouraging violence, self-harm or any illegal act;
• sharing your own or someone else's personal information, such as a phone number, address or email address;
• spam, advertising, fraud and malicious links;
• impersonating another player, Feastek or the developer;
• cheating, using automated tools, exploiting bugs in the game, overloading the server and any other attempt to disrupt how the game works;
• any content or behavior that is illegal in Türkiye or in the country where you are.

Leaving matches in public rooms several times in a row restricts access to public rooms until a match is played to the end. This restriction is one of the game's own rules and works automatically.

Reports, blocks and enforcement

Player names and chat messages are filtered automatically. If you come across a message that breaks the rules, tap it and choose Report, and you can block a player you do not want to see. You can report an offensive username or any other violation to support@feastek.com.

We review reports. Depending on how serious a violation is, we may take the following measures against an account that breaks the rules, without prior notice: changing or removing its username, temporarily or permanently restricting its features or its access to the game, and deleting the account. We may report illegal content to the competent authorities.

Ads and charges

The game is free and has no purchases. It is supported by ads shown at the end of matches. How ads are shown and your choices about ad consent are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The game's name, design, graphics, sounds, questions and software belong to the developer or the developer's licensors. You are given a limited, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where the law expressly allows it, you may not copy or sell the game or its questions, distribute modified versions of them, or attempt to reverse engineer the game's software.

You are responsible for the messages you write in chat and the username you choose. You allow them to be shown to other players in the game and to be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Providing the game and changes

The game is provided as is; we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. We may change the game, its features, its questions and its leaderboards, pause it temporarily for maintenance or end it entirely. If we decide to end the game, we will announce it in the game or on feastek.com as far in advance as we can.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of in-game progress arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and the rights consumers have under the law, are not affected.

Deleting your account

You can stop playing at any time. You can delete your account and the data linked to it inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete account; which data is deleted is set out in the deletion section of the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current text is always on this page, and the date at the top of the page shows the day the text last changed. We will announce important changes in the game or on this page before they take effect. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The mandatory rights that the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer, and your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, are not affected.
